Top Legend Of Korra Season 1 Episode 2 Reviews In 2020 - Our Top Picks
I've fallen behind too. It's made even worse by the number of double episodes in this season. I'd like to go back to one every other day, but if we can't do that, I think we should at least split up the two-parters and have a day or two off between seasons. Sorry for responding so late and I'm sorry to hear you can't keep up.
I have to admit, I kinda expected this to happen when I saw the poll results. I wish people voiced their opinions when I posted the poll, maybe I would've considered not changing the schedule and sticking to one episode every other day despite the results.
I'm not blaming anybody though, it's my fault, I didn't manage this rewatch very well.
We're almost to episode 7 and 8 Beginnings, part 1 and 2 which are arguably some of the best in the series and it would be a shame if the thread got ignored because not everybody could make it to those episodes. I'm still gonna post the episode 6 thread today, but after that we'll take a 3 day break - so the episode 7 and 8 thread will be up Saturday March 9. Then we'll take breaks in the middle and at the end of every season. I didn't update the schedule yet to include book 3 and 4, but I'll do it soon so keep an eye on that.

Damnit Iroh! Whose grandson are you? While Raiko can have him courtmartialed, pretty there wouldn't be a lot of jail time for the heir to the throne of the Fire Nation. I kind of get where Raiko is coming from, trying the diplomatic approach. In all honesty, I think the world fears another war. What you have to remember, we're less than a century from the end of the Hundred Year War and no one wants to be the person who causes the next great military conflict engulfing the world.
And yet, yeah, at the same time, this man is a dick. It was somewhat sad, but not unexpected. But I loved the comedic timing of Lin's reaction after seeing the aftermath. The Discussion thread. The "Look, it's Bolin! It was meant as a placeholder, but they liked the delivery enough to leave it in.
Also, Bryan Konietzko auditioned for Shiro Shinobi the announcer but didn't cast himself.

Book 2: Spirits Episode 5 - Peacekeepers. Damn, already at episode 5? I'm struggling to keep up with one episode a day.
